Take your time and break them in! A brand-new sub is always a little stiff after break-in, the subwoofer soft parts will stretch out! This means with less power you will create the same output with more extended low bass tones
The LPF on amplifiers should be set between 60 – 90 Hz, Subsonic filters should be set according to music style, this will help to avoid subwoofer damage from excess excursion caused by ultra low frequencies.
