The D175Py-Nd-S is a Mini Mids & Highs Driver featuring a unique Polyimide diaphragm with an 8 Ohm voice coil.

This is a top-of-the-line compression driver designed to offer unsurpassed natural upper midrange and high frequency response at high sensitivity, with crystal clear natural sound from the Polyimide diaphragm.

  • Crystal clear natural sound with wider response from 1,200 to 20,000 Hz - Polyimide diaphragm is a new technology that supersedes titanium diaphragms, being able to play low frequencies without shattering and performing more accurately at high frequencies.
  • Polyimide diaphragm with 1″ Voice Coil, providing high output along with excellent efficiency – 109 dB Sensitivity
  • Water Resistant PRO Audio horn driver, able to handle 150 Watts Continuous Program Power (RMS) with music
  • Mini neodymium driver, ideal for tight spaces, Great choice for custom car audio door panels where the space is limited. 8 Ohm voice coil making it easier to have multiple drivers wired to one amplifier.
  • The D175Py-Nd-S is manufactured with a standard 1 3/8” screw for easy replacement with current 1” screw-on horns

The small diameter of the driver allows for front mounting, making it a very popular choice in car audio builds for its easy installation, without having to detach the driver from the horn.The WGP12-25 SLIM is the ideal horn, when mounting depth is an issue, and you need a shallow horn with high output performance.

The WGP10-25 SLIM is a mid size horn that combines a small faceplate and slim profile.

The WG08-25 is mini ultra compact horn design that fits perfect on this driver, best option to mount drivers between speakers.

The specially designed Polyimide diaphragm provides durability and additional damping for natural sound quality. This driver is built to resist the elements, perfect for outdoor use. This technology raises the bar for high frequency drivers by giving the driver wider usable bandwidth for smooth, dynamic output along with excellent efficiency.

The Polyimide diaphragms supersede titanium diaphragms, being able to play low frequencies without shattering and performing more accurately at high frequencies.
